Got there way too early, thus embarked on a drink tour, my how the place has changed.
Great venue and what a band! Not my usual bag, but a clever lot that mix the Battle of Britain and the Moon landing in their tunes gets my vote.

Saw them at their album launch at The National Space Centre, great gig, good music, very entertaining!

Saw these guys a couple of years ago after a mate played me "Spitfire" and they are different and, weirdly, a really good live show in spite of Mr Willgoose not saying a word. It really amazing what you can do with a guitar, a couple of synths and a loop machine (not forgetting the bajo!). Not so keen on the current album, "Everest" is still my favourite of theirs.

I thought they were really special last night. Agree that its one of the best venues and they were obviously pretty thrilled to be performing there. Which was nice. In my humble opinion the music works with or without the graphics - and in the expert opinion of my musician friend they showed top notch musical proficiency - it can't be easy to play guitar and keyboard at the same time. There's a lot of the same stuff out there at the moment and these guys are a breath of fresh air. It will be a challenge for them to keep it going though as the format will need to change for the third album.

Seen them THRICE.
First chanced upon them at Wickham Festival in front of about 200 people.
Then they supported Manic Street Preachers.
Then...somewhere else, I forget.
I like them, they're good. The music doesn't really stand up on its own merit without the visual though.
